Location: Kololo, Kampala
Lotus Brands is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Office Driver to support our daily transportation needs and office operations at our Kololo office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to safety, while ensuring that all transportation and vehicle-related tasks are handled efficiently.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Safely transport staff members, visitors, and company materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean, presentable, and in good working condition at all times.
Conduct daily checks on vehicle condition, including fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, and lights, and promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and servicing schedules.
Support office operations by performing additional tasks such as deliveries, collections, and errands as assigned.
Comply with all traffic laws and Lotus Brands' driving policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Uganda Certificate of Education (O-Level) or equivalent.
A valid Class B driving permit from the Uganda Driver Licensing Authority.
A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a driver in a corporate or organizational setting.
A clean driving record with no history of traffic violations or accidents.
Strong knowledge of traffic rules and familiarity with road networks in Kampala and surrounding areas.
Excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidentiality in all assignments.
