Job Description
The Recovery Driver will report to the Repossession Coordinator and will be tasked with repossessing vehicles, maintaining vehicles in good and clean condition, performing regular safety checks, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring compliance with all traffic laws. The driver must be ready to work across Uganda with minimal supervision, showing strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

How to Apply
Repossess vehicles as assigned.
Maintain assigned vehicles in excellent and clean condition.
Conduct daily and weekly vehicle inspections to ensure proper and safe operating conditions.
Accurately complete and file all required documentation daily.
Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies.
Take responsibility for any damages to vehicles or traffic violations incurred while operating company or repossessed vehicles.
Deliver and collect documents as assigned.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Academic and Professional Requirements:
Holder of a valid Driving License.
Diploma in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of continuous driving experience.
Ability to work anywhere in Uganda with minimal supervision.

Good report writing skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Computer literacy.
Excellent driving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and undergo training as a recovery agent.
