Job Description
Position: Office Assistant
The Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to support its operations. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring the effectiveness of internal processes and uphold high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and service within the UTB offices.

How to Apply
Key Result Area 1: Office Maintenance
Clean and maintain offices, equipment, and supplies, adhering to hygiene standards.
Ensure security of UTB buildings and personnel.
Monitor and record entry and exit of staff and visitors.
Key Result Area 2: Staff Welfare
Prepare and serve tea promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office environment.
Deliver messages and handle files/documents as directed.
Observe punctuality and follow instructions promptly.
Key Performance Indicators
Clean and well-maintained office and equipment.
Tea served timely and professionally.
Adherence to time management and instructions.
Secure environment with proper access control.
Proper delivery and handling of internal communication and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications and Certifications
A Diploma in Catering and Hospitality Management from a recognized institution.
