Job Description
The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations and maintaining a welcoming environment in the Lira office., this role ensures smooth, efficient office functionality. The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and will deliver top-notch customer service and support across sales, inventory, credit, and customer care departments.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Receive and attend to clients professionally
- Provide support to sales, inventory, credit, and customer care teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle correspondence and communication (emails, calls, etc.)
- Support inventory tracking and reporting processes
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
