Job Description
The Field Service Technician is a critical member of our growing team. For an early-career professional or engineer with electronics experience, it is a great opportunity to develop your skills and build a career in the growing solar industry.
The Field Service Technician will support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar-powered systems and electronic equipment while providing technical support to customers.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar and electronic systems
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Diagnose technical issues and guide users on solutions
- Conduct testing, measurement, and assembly of electronic components
- Program and upload software to circuit boards
- Ensure quality control and proper documentation of work
- Support field operations and service delivery
