Athena Hotel is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive professional to join our team as Office Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and effective coordination of the CEO’s schedule and activities.

How to Apply
Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the office.
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation.
Coordinate internal communications and facilitate meetings as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
