Job Summary
StartHub Uganda is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our mission of promoting healthy eating habits and improved nutrition across Ugandan communities. This role offers a unique platform to grow your professional presence while contributing to an emerging food and wellness brand.
As a Nutrition Digital Content Consultant, you will help create engaging educational content and appear in videos that will be shared across various social media platforms. You may also be called upon occasionally to evaluate and provide feedback on food products from local micro and small enterprises (MSEs), advising them on how to boost their nutritional value.
Note: This is a part-time consultancy role, requiring commitment of approximately 1–2 days per month.

How to Apply
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate in developing video scripts on key nutrition topics.
Appear on camera to present nutrition content at StartHub Africa or other selected locations.
Secondary Responsibilities
Evaluate and advise local food entrepreneurs on the nutritional value of their products.
Offer practical recommendations to enhance nutritional content.
A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a closely related field.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Ability to explain nutrition concepts clearly and concisely.
Confident and enthusiastic about being on camera.
Must be available for in-person filming at least once a month in Kampala.
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in nutrition, with a passion for supporting Ugandans in leading healthier lives.
