Job Description
The Network Delivery Manager – MEAL Systems will be responsible for evolving and managing the organization's digital tools and platforms that support MEAL practices. This includes ensuring systems are user-centered, efficient, and adaptable to the organization’s global needs. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments to embed learning and accountability into all levels of project and program implementation. Their work will drive smarter, faster, and more transparent decisions, contributing directly to the global impact of animal welfare programs.
This role offers an opportunity to lead innovative change within a highly mission-driven organization, using data, digital platforms, and people-centered approaches to strengthen animal protection outcomes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the transformation and management of MEAL digital tools and systems across the global network
Strengthen evidence-based decision-making by enhancing data accessibility and usability
Support teams in applying insights to program design, implementation, and reporting
Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment of MEAL systems with strategic goals
Deliver user-centered digital solutions that improve efficiency and impact
Promote a culture of learning, transparency, and continuous improvement
Engage in high-level strategic planning to integrate MEAL systems across global initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external data governance standards
Manage change processes, training, and capacity building related to MEAL systems

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education and Experience:
Proven experience in MEAL system design, development, and implementation
Strong background in digital data tools and user-centered system solutions
Experience in international development or animal welfare sectors is an advantage
Prior experience managing cross-functional teams or working across multiple offices
Skills and Competencies:
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into practical actions
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Agile, adaptable, and able to lead in a fast-paced environment
Committed to diversity, inclusion, and ethical standards
Familiarity with digital platforms for monitoring and learning systems
