1.1. Content Creation & Production: Develops high-quality multimedia content, including videos (short-form, documentaries, promotional), photography (event, product, lifestyle), animations, and infographics. This involves scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production to professional standards

1.2. Content Strategy & Planning Support: Collaborates with the Corporate Affairs Manager and other departments to plan, conceptualize, and execute multimedia content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, corporate events, and internal communications.

1.3. Digital Platform Management: Manages and optimizes content for various digital channels, including Kiira Motors' website, social media platforms (e.g., X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), and internal communication portals, ensuring platform-specific best practices are followed.

1.4. Brand & Visual Identity Adherence: Ensures all multimedia content strictly adheres to Kiira Motors Corporation's brand identity guidelines, maintaining visual consistency and strengthening brand recognition.

1.5. Technical Proficiency: Utilizes industry-standard software and equipment for graphic design, video editing, animation, and photography (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; camera equipment).

1.6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Tracks and analyzes the performance of multimedia content using relevant metrics (e.g., views, engagement rates, reach, website traffic from content) and provides regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

1.7. Archiving & Asset Management: Maintains an organized and accessible digital archive of all multimedia assets, ensuring proper cataloging, storage, and retrieval.


2. Social Responsibilities:

The Multimedia Content Specialist acts as a visual storyteller and collaborative partner, influencing perceptions and fostering engagement within and outside the Corporation.

2.1. Brand Ambassador: Acts as a visual ambassador for Kiira Motors Corporation, ensuring that all produced content accurately and compellingly represents the Corporation's mission, vision, and values.

2.2. Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Facilitates seamless collaboration with various internal departments (e.g., OCEO, Product Development, Production, Marketing & Sales, DLC, DQM, DIA, HRA) to gather content, understand technical details, and align multimedia output with departmental objectives.

2.3. Stakeholder Engagement: Creates content that resonates with diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, government officials, and the general public, fostering connection and driving positive sentiment towards Kiira Motors' initiatives.

2.4. Community Storytelling: Identifies and highlights compelling human-interest stories within the Kiira Motors community and its impact on Ugandans, particularly related to job creation, skills development, and sustainable living.

Education Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Honor) in Industrial and Fine Art or related field from a recognized Academic Institution.

Experience

  • Minimum of Two (2) Years of progressive Multimedia Content Creation and Management on Digital Channels in a reputable Institution.

Professional Certifications

  • Relevant Continuous Professional Development Certificates in Leadership, Social Media Management, Video Editing, Photography, Graphics Design, Project Management, are an added advantage.
