Job Description
The MQ Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the marketing and design teams by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data related to home statuses, building infrastructure, and market trends. They will ensure accurate integration of data into the GVA database and contribute to the planning and execution of geo-marketing and topographic surveys. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and involves generating weekly trend analysis reports, identifying areas of improvement, and maintaining adherence to quality, health, safety, and ethical standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data on homes, electricity connections, and integrate into the GVA database
Support marketing teams with survey needs related to building integration
Collaborate with the design team on matters concerning buildings and poles in the GVA database
Stay informed on market research tools to improve analysis accuracy
Contribute to geo-marketing studies and infrastructure georeferencing
Analyze MQ data trends and prepare weekly reports
Identify errors and suggest improvements for the MQ database
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and anti-corruption policies
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Data Analysis, Geomatics, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Technical and Behavioral Skills:
Customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset
Strong negotiation and people management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in data tools and analysis techniques
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
Capable of managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
High ethical standards and positive attitude
Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
