Position Summary
UYDEL is seeking a qualified and motivated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to support the effective delivery of its youth-centered programs. The M&E Officer will design, implement, and manage monitoring and evaluation systems, ensure high-quality data collection, and lead the documentation and learning processes to enhance program performance and accountability.

How to Apply
Design and implement project-specific M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection tools.
Lead and coordinate routine data collection, analysis, and reporting across project sites.
Compile and submit quarterly and annual M&E reports, highlighting key achievements and learning.
Support operational research initiatives and document best practices and success stories.
Conduct regular field visits to assess project performance, verify data accuracy, and gather feedback.
Facilitate data-driven decision-making and adaptive learning within project teams.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including KCCA, Ministries of Health, Gender, Education, and other partners to support joint learning and coordination.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Demography, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Monitoring & Evaluation or Project Planning is an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in M&E, preferably within NGO or development settings.
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
Proficient in data management tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or other relevant platforms).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic, youth-focused environments.
