Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Represent the brand at activations, in-store promotions, and outdoor campaigns.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Distribute samples, promotional materials, and flyers to target audiences.
Collect valuable customer feedback and report to the agency.
Ensure product displays and promotional setups align with brand standards.
Collaborate with the activation team to meet sales or engagement targets.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to create a positive brand image.
Provide regular activity reports, including customer interactions and sales outcomes.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Previous experience in a promoter, brand ambassador, or customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on campaign schedules.
High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for representing brands.
Strong organizational skills to manage promotional materials and handle customer queries.
