Job Description
Marie Stopes Uganda is seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to drive growth in service uptake and product distribution through strong partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, clinics, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on building relationships, promoting MSU services and products, and expanding access to quality healthcare solutions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with health facilities, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Promote MSU medical products and services to healthcare professionals and key partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve sales and distribution targets within assigned territory.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Prepare and submit sales activity and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with MSU values, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Support community outreach and demand generation activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
