Job Description
The Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised massage and body treatments in the hotel’s dedicated spa room. The role is central to creating a relaxing, safe, and memorable wellness journey for both international guests and local clientele, while upholding the high professional standards associated with the Abrish Hotel & Apartments brand.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage therapies including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Aromatherapy, and local wellness techniques.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand guest needs, preferences, and any medical contra-indications.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms in line with health and safety protocols.
- Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
- Recommend and promote wellness packages, aftercare advice, and spa products with professionalism and sincerity.
- Ensure strict client confidentiality and provide a discreet, calming service environment.
- Assist with inventory management of treatment products, oils, and linens.
- Collaborate effectively with hotel reception, housekeeping, and management teams.
