Job Title: Marketing Manager
Reports To: General Manager
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and expertise in the health and cosmetics industry to promote our natural product range and expand our market presence both locally and internationally.

How to Apply
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Musawo's natural health and cosmetic products.
Lead the design and execution of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Work closely with the product development team to craft compelling marketing messages and plan product launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including advertising materials, social media posts, and promotional content.
Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure departmental goals are met.

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the health or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Passion for natural products and a commitment to sustainability.
