- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company projects.
- Generate and manage leads to support sales of land and homes.
- Oversee marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and media.
- Manage and guide the marketing team to achieve company targets.
- Strengthen and maintain the Fabulous Beautiful Homes brand.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Build partnerships and represent the company at events and exhibitions.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular marketing reports.
