Reports to: Marketing Director, Africa
Our company is searching for an experienced candidate for a Marketing Manager’s role with talent, has passion for cosmetics, and an eye for detail. He or she will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote the company’s cosmetic products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This role involves overseeing product launches, conducting market research, managing advertising campaigns and partners, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Oversee the company’s online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and e-commerce
Develop and implement SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns
Track digital analytics to optimise marketing performance
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring they meet goals and deadlines
Work closely with sales, product development, and creative team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree is a plus)
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry
Proven track record of managing successful product launches and campaigns
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of the cosmetics and beauty industry
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Creative thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytical platforms
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Work Environment
