Job Description
The Marketing Graduate will be responsible for managing and executing various marketing functions, including print and digital marketing campaigns. The role involves supporting promotional activities, assisting with brand visibility across channels, and contributing creatively to the production of marketing materials such as banners and signs. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a competitive entertainment and betting environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in planning and managing print and digital marketing campaigns
Promote brand visibility both physically (in-shop) and online
Contribute to content creation for marketing materials
Design banners, signs, and graphics for promotional use
Coordinate marketing strategies across platforms
Learn and adapt to the betting and gaming industry’s trends
Support the team in administrative and creative marketing tasks

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Digital Marketing
Preferred Experience/Knowledge:
Basic knowledge or experience in the betting/gaming/sports betting industry (advantageous, not required)
Basic understanding of financial concepts
Skills and Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Problem-solving mindset
Professional, ethical, and maintains confidentiality
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Graphic design knowledge (e.g., creating banners, signs)
Other Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen or hold a valid work permit
Recently certified ID and academic qualifications
Preferably based in Chatsworth/Queensburgh area
Driver’s license is an advantage
