Job Description
The Manager – HUTU Project will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and commercial success of the HUTU Project. This role combines strong project management expertise with sales leadership, market expansion, and revenue growth responsibilities. The ideal candidate will drive strategy, manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, and position the HUTU Project for sustainable growth and market leadership.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall execution of the HUTU Project, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, quality standards, and budgetary limits.
- Develop, implement, and oversee sales and market penetration strategies to expand the project’s reach, visibility, and impact.
- Take full ownership of sales operations, including strategy development, execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales and project team focused on achieving exceptional results and meeting defined KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure project alignment, operational efficiency, and achievement of strategic business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to guide project positioning, pricing, and sales direction.
- Track and report on project performance, sales outcomes, and revenue growth, providing actionable insights to management.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the HUTU Project, representing the initiative with professionalism, integrity, and excellence across all stakeholder engagements.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth while ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
