Job Description

Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong governance, compliance with People and Culture policies, and a positive candidate experience; and analyze hiring trends, workforce data, and business forecasts to generate insights that support strategic workforce planning and informed talent decisions.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver a strategic and insight-driven talent acquisition service by executing end-to-end sourcing, assessment, and hiring activities for the BU/Country, leveraging effective sourcing channels, workforce analytics, governance frameworks, and strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure the organization attracts and deploys the right talent at the right time.

  • Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery, strong governance, compliance with People and Culture policies, and a positive candidate experience.

  • Analyze hiring trends, workforce data, and business forecasts to generate insights that support strategic workforce planning and informed talent decisions.

  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and optimization of digital and traditional recruitment channels.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, influence recruitment decisions, and provide advisory support throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to digitize and enhance talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of delivery.
