Job Title: Manager, Innovation & Client Solution

Reports To: Head of Innovation, Business Integration & Client Solution
Job Purpose
The Manager, Innovation & Client Solution will lead the development and delivery of innovative financial products, services, and client solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product development, marketing, IT, and business development—to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and champion a culture of innovation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with the Bank’s digital and agile transformation goals.
Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs to drive innovative solutions.
Foster creativity and experimentation across the organization.
Lead the design, prototyping, testing, and rollout of client-centric business solutions.
Establish frameworks to generate, evaluate, and prioritize innovative ideas from internal and external sources.
Build strategic partnerships and alliances to support innovation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams (technology, product, marketing) and external partners (fintech, vendors, industry experts).
Represent the Bank at industry events and forums to promote innovation and thought leadership.
Collaborate with business development and sales teams to present innovative solutions that enhance client acquisition and retention.
Client-Centric Innovation
Develop deep client relationships to understand needs and tailor banking solutions accordingly.
Lead ideation and development of cutting-edge financial products and digital platforms.
Continuously monitor market and client feedback to refine solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
Innovation Culture & Leadership
Promote an innovative mindset across teams through training and leadership.
Oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Manage end-to-end solution development from concept to post-launch support.
Stay updated on global banking innovations and share insights internally.
Risk, Control & Governance
Identify and mitigate risks related to innovation projects, including regulatory and reputational risks.
Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance compliance, controls, and customer experience.
Monitor fraud controls and advise relevant teams on improvements.
Data-Driven Insights
Analyze client data and market trends to spot new product opportunities.
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization of client solutions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) desirable.
Experience
5–7 years in banking, financial services, or fintech, focusing on innovation, product development, or client solutions.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Experience delivering innovative digital banking products and services.
Familiarity with banking regulatory frameworks and compliance.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Deep knowledge of banking products, customer needs, and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, digital banking).
Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and exploit market opportunities.
Sound understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in innovation contexts.
