Job Description
Tindwa Medical and Health Services (TMHS) is seeking a dedicated Manager for its Health and Safety Department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all employees and stakeholders.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments across the organization.
- Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety laws and standards.
- Lead safety training and awareness programs for staff.
- Manage the health and safety department team and budget.
