Job Description
Tindwa Medical and Health Services (TMHS) is looking for a dedicated HR and Administration Manager to oversee human resources and administrative functions within the organization. The role involves developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to identify and hire talent.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee payroll administration and manage employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources.
- Supervise administrative staff and manage office facilities, supplies, and logistics.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
