Job Description
Tindwa Medical and Health Services (TMHS) is seeking a qualified Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer – Safety Commercial to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health and safety protocols within commercial operations to ensure a safe working environment and full regulatory compliance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and comprehensive risk assessments.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal safety standards.
- Coordinate and deliver safety training and awareness programs for all staff levels.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare regular HSE reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Advise on the selection and maintenance of protective equipment and safety measures.
