Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a Mathematics-related course.
ACCA/CPA qualification and membership.
A Master’s Degree in a Finance-related course is an added advantage.

Relevant Experience:
Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in life insurance, covering Corporate Business and Pensions.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a management accountant or in an audit environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting, financial principles, risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
