How to Apply
Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Oil & Gas Management, Governance, Economics, and Policy at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Develop and update course content and materials (e.g., syllabi, case studies, e-learning resources) in line with industry and regulatory standards in Uganda and globally.
Supervise student research projects and dissertations.
Participate in academic activities including exam preparation, moderation, and departmental meetings.
Support research initiatives and foster industry collaboration in the energy sector.
A PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as:
Petroleum/Energy Economics and Management
Oil and Gas Law
Oil and Gas Management
International Energy Policy
Or a closely related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector (upstream, midstream, or downstream), or in policy and regulatory affairs.
Prior university-level teaching experience is highly desirable.
