Laboratory Technician and Clinician – Tunaweza Health & Wellness Center (Luteete)
Tunaweza Health & Wellness Center is a new, community-focused clinic committed to providing compassionate, confidential, and high-quality health services. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Laboratory Technician and Clinician to join our team as we expand essential wellness services in Lutete.

Location: Luteete, Gayaza road Uganda
Monthly Salary: 500,000 UGX
Application Deadline: 21/11/2025
Conduct laboratory tests, dia gnostics, and sample handling with accuracy.
Provide clinical care, patient assessment, and health education where needed.
Maintain proper documentation, confidentiality, and data integrity.
Support outreach programs targeting Key & Vulnerable Populations, including adolescents, sex workers, and LGBTI individuals, ensuring respectful and stigma-free service delivery.
Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-growing health facility.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required Qualifications
Certificate or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Medicine, or a related field.
Valid registration with relevant Ugandan regulatory bodies.
Experience working in community-based health programs is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Commitment to non-discrimination, inclusivity, and patient confidentiality.
Ideal Candidate
