East & Central (LPHS-EC) is a project of Makerere Joint AIDS Program (MJAP) funded by USAID. MJAP's Mission is to build partnerships and strengthen Health Systems to optimally respond to HIV/AIDS, TB and other diseases of public health importance in Africa.   • Developing and implementing strategies for capturing, storing, and sharing organizational knowledge and information.

  • Creating and maintaining platforms and tools for knowledge management and communication, such as databases, intranets, websites, newsletters, social media, etc.

  • Facilitating and promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, such as staff, partners, donors, beneficiaries, etc.

  • Identifying and documenting best practices, lessons learned, success stories, and case studies from the organization's projects and programs.

  • Providing training and support to staff and partners on knowledge management and communication skills and tools.

  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact and effectiveness of knowledge management and communication activities and initiatives.
