East & Central (LPHS-EC) is a project of Makerere Joint AIDS Program (MJAP) funded by USAID. MJAP's Mission is to build partnerships and strengthen Health Systems to optimally respond to HIV/AIDS, TB and other diseases of public health importance in Africa.
