Job Description
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of property operations, including marketing vacant units, tenant screening, and lease administration. They will handle tenant relations, respond to inquiries, enforce lease agreements, and coordinate evictions when necessary. The Property Agent will also oversee property maintenance, schedule inspections, and coordinate repairs with service providers. Additionally, they will manage property budgets, collect rents, and maintain accurate financial records, while preparing performance reports for landlords. The role also involves growing the business through recruitment of new landlords and properties. Motorcycle riding experience and a valid license are mandatory for mobility between properties.

How to Apply
Market vacant properties and screen prospective tenants.
Prepare and manage lease agreements.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
Enforce lease terms and handle disputes or evictions.
Schedule and supervise property maintenance and repairs.
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Prepare and manage property budgets.
Collect rent, deposits, and other payments.
Maintain accurate income and expense records.
Prepare financial and performance reports for property owners.
Keep organized records of leases, tenants, maintenance, and finances.
Use property management software to streamline operations.
Recruit new landlords and properties to grow the business.
Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field (Real Estate, Business, or related).
At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related role.
Motorcycle riding experience and a valid license (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
Financial management and reporting skills.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
