Job Description

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of property operations, including marketing vacant units, tenant screening, and lease administration. They will handle tenant relations, respond to inquiries, enforce lease agreements, and coordinate evictions when necessary. The Property Agent will also oversee property maintenance, schedule inspections, and coordinate repairs with service providers. Additionally, they will manage property budgets, collect rents, and maintain accurate financial records, while preparing performance reports for landlords. The role also involves growing the business through recruitment of new landlords and properties. Motorcycle riding experience and a valid license are mandatory for mobility between properties.
