Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (a Diploma with significant experience may be considered).
Experience teaching in a kindergarten or early years setting—preferably in an international or play-based curriculum.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning principles.
Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
A nurturing and inclusive approach, with genuine passion for working with young children.
