The ideal candidate will foster the holistic development of young learners—supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth—within a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Create a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom setting.
Plan and implement play-based learning activities that support early childhood development.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Support children in developing independence, emotional expression, and self-care skills.
Establish clear routines, guide behavior with positive strategies, and ensure smooth transitions throughout the day.
Monitor each child’s progress, document development, and collaborate with fellow educators to meet individual needs.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (a Diploma with significant experience may be considered).

Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
A nurturing and inclusive approach, with genuine passion for working with young children.
