How to Apply
Deliver core subjects (literacy, numeracy, science) aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
Support students in building strong study habits, time management, and independent learning skills.
Monitor progress and provide constructive, timely feedback to guide student development.
Build positive relationships and model pro-social behaviors like empathy and cooperation.
Create a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive classroom environment.
Maintain clear routines and promote responsible behavior using positive reinforcement.
Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff to meet individual learning needs.
Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners, including SEN and ESL students.
Use varied assessment methods to inform instruction and track learning outcomes.
Promote a classroom culture grounded in respect, inclusivity, and school values.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (PGCE or equivalent is a plus).
Experience teaching Lower Primary (Years 1–4), preferably in a Cambridge or international school.
Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
Skilled in differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Committed to the holistic development of each child.
