Reports to: Senior Project Manager
Role Overview
The Junior Project Manager will oversee modular assembly sites—not conventional builds—where speed, precision, and coordination are critical. This role focuses on supporting project execution, ensuring delivery timelines are met, upholding safety and quality standards, and facilitating seamless teamwork across functions.

How to Apply
Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities on assigned projects.
Monitor work schedules, track milestones, and provide timely progress reports.
Lead coordination during site meetings and ensure follow-up on assigned tasks.
Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient site operations.
Enforce health and safety compliance across all site activities.
Support procurement and logistics of tools and construction materials.
Maintain accurate documentation: progress reports, safety logs, site schedules.
Identify site risks and assist supervisors in developing solutions.
Participate in evaluations, project handovers, and close-out reporting.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience in site supervision or project management.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing construction health & safety protocols.
A certificate in Health & Safety is a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of construction processes, project drawings, and management tools.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or similar software is a plus.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
High attention to detail and professional conduct.
Employment Terms
Contract Duration: 1 year (with 6-month probation)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 48 hours/week
Location: On-site (permanently stationed at one or more project sites)
