How to Apply
Conceptualize and create engaging visual content for print and digital platforms.
Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project timelines.
Collaborate closely with senior designers, marketing and production departments to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.
Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.

Residency status: Preferably Ugandan National
Qualification: Bachelor’ Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art or related field.
Linguistic skills: Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
Experience: 2/3 years of professional experience in industrial print design/commercial print design and a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Age: Below 30years
Remuneration: Salary is market competitive & negotiable
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other relevant design tools.
Excellent understanding of topography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to RIP & Roam files.
Experience working with an agency or creative studio environment.
