Job Description

The IT Support Officer will work under the supervision of the IT Head to support the bank's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include installing and configuring PCs and servers, providing user support, maintaining hardware documentation, monitoring network performance and availability, and managing security and antivirus updates. The role requires proactive problem-solving and a strong ability to work under pressure in a high-demand banking environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of banking experience
