Job Description
The Hygiene Officer will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards across operations. The role supports compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality management systems to maintain the highest standards in food handling and preparation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards
- Conduct routine hygiene and quality inspections
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies
- Support audits and maintain food safety documentation
- Train staff on hygiene best practices and food safety standards
- Monitor corrective actions and continuous improvement processes
