Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven professional passionate about technology and project management? We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to lead transformative IT projects, we want to hear from you!
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership.
Manage project resources, including team allocation, budgets, and tools.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of 2 years in IT project management or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is an added advantage.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
