The IT Manager will:

• Oversee the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Manage and maintain hotel systems such as PMS and POS.
• Ensure reliable Wi-Fi connectivity across the property.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV and security systems.
• Implement data security measures and regular backup procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensure system upgrades and technology improvements are implemented effectively.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
