Job Description
We are seeking to recruit 50 qualified and motivated IT Agents to join our growing team based in Gabba, Kampala.
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: UGX 450,000
- Free Accommodation provided
- Meals included (Lunch and Dinner)
- Performance-based Bonuses
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and technical assistance
- Handling online tasks and system operations.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network issues
- Assist clients with IT-related inquiries
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
- Reporting daily work progress to supervisors.
