Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute IT audit assignments in accordance with approved audit plans and international IT audit standards
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT general controls, application controls, and cybersecurity measures
- Evaluate IT governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and risks in IT systems, infrastructure, and processes
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and management action plans
- Support the internal audit function in conducting integrated audits combining IT and financial audit procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IT risks, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory developments
