Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of the CS network
- Provide first-line support for core nodes and escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers
- Perform daily network maintenance routines to uphold system integrity
- Monitor network nodes to identify and resolve faults in a timely manner
- Execute work orders assigned to the HLS pool
- Develop and implement new procedures under the guidance of the Senior Engineer or Manager
- Communicate fault events in accordance with departmental escalation procedures
- Conduct regular switch site DDF/ODF cleanups and ensure proper labeling
