Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Sam Owori Skills Development Centre (SOSDC) in Tororo
- Oversee delivery of technical and vocational training programs at the centre
- Manage relationships with partner organizations, trainers, and community stakeholders
- Ensure quality of training delivery and compliance with BTVET standards
- Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes and prepare periodic reports
- Manage the centre's budget, resources, and physical facilities
- Lead student recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities
- Build partnerships with employers and industries for apprenticeships and job placements
