Job Description
The Full-Time In-Office Skincare Sales & Conversion Consultant will be responsible for managing customer consultations, following up with prospects and past clients, and converting leads into sales through phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
This is a physical office-based role in Entebbe, suitable for a confident sales professional with strong communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and experience in telesales, customer engagement, or consultative selling.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively call and follow up with local skincare prospects and past clients daily.
- Ask clear diagnostic questions to understand customer skin concerns, needs, and goals.
- Recommend suitable premium multi-product skincare routines to support high-ticket sales.
- Handle customer objections professionally, warmly, and empathetically.
- Maintain consistent daily movement of customer pipelines.
- Update customer records through accurate data entry and CRM/database tracking.
- Build strong customer relationships based on trust, education, and excellent service.
- Support conversion of inquiries into successful sales through structured follow-up.
