Rakai Health Sciences Program (RHSP)
The ICT Officer is a pivotal role within the organization, tasked with ensuring the smooth integration and operation of key systems such as SharePoint, Navision, and Beyonic. This position requires providing technical support across various departments including Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and Stores to facilitate efficient financial reporting and organizational processes.
The role also involves maintaining and improving system efficiency, collaborating with service providers, and ensuring the security and integrity of organizational data. Additionally, the ICT Officer will be responsible for developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), training staff, and evaluating new systems for their relevance and security.
