Job Description
Master Grain Milling is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead people operations at our Njeru facility. This role is ideal for a results-driven HR professional passionate about building a positive workplace culture and aligning human resource strategies with organizational growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture while handling employee concerns and conflict resolution
- Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs and oversee performance management systems to support employee growth
- Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure adherence to Uganda’s labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- HR Strategy & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and optimize workforce performance
