Job Description
The Human Resource Officer reports directly to the Senior Human Resource Officer and plays a crucial role in executing various HR functions. The position involves coordinating recruitment, implementing HR strategies, managing staff records, supporting employee welfare programs, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The officer will also manage graduate trainee and internship programs and supervise administrative support staff.

How to Apply
Coordinate recruitment processes and procedures in line with company policies.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies, systems, and tools.
Support implementation of staff training and development programs, including national content initiatives.
Facilitate timely staff performance reviews and preparation of annual performance reports.
Implement staff welfare initiatives including leave management.
Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and keep staff records updated.
Participate in the preparation of periodic HR reports.
Manage graduate trainee and internship programs.
Supervise and manage outsourced services such as cleaning, health insurance, and catering, including contract reports.
Supervise, appraise, and develop administrative support staff.
Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned.
A Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Social Work and Social Administration, Public Administration, or Business Administration (HRM option).
At least 4 years of professional experience in Human Resource or Administration.
A post-graduate qualification in any of the above fields is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and personnel management skills.
High level of maturity and integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Age: 25 – 40 years.
