Job Description
AEE-U is inviting qualified and committed Christian professionals to apply for the following positions:
The Human Resource Officer will support the development and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring effective recruitment, staff welfare, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation
- Manage staff records and HR documentation
- Support performance appraisal and staff development processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Oversee employee relations and welfare matters
- Support training and capacity-building initiatives
- Promote a positive, Christian, and inclusive workplace culture
