Job Description
The role involves supporting recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR documentation. The trainee will work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update HR records.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Participate in employee engagement activities.
Handle basic HR administration and staff queries.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Minimum Second Upper).
Graduated within the last 2 years.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
