Job Description
The Human Resource Intern will be engaged in day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment support, employee relations, record management, and other administrative functions. The role is designed to provide practical HR exposure, enhance soft skills, and develop a professional career in human resources. SKM emphasizes attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn, and will provide training for technical skills as needed.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment processes including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Contribute to onboarding and orientation programs for new staff.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Participate in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
