Job Description

The Human Resource Intern will be engaged in day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment support, employee relations, record management, and other administrative functions. The role is designed to provide practical HR exposure, enhance soft skills, and develop a professional career in human resources. SKM emphasizes attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn, and will provide training for technical skills as needed.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.

  • Support recruitment processes including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Contribute to onboarding and orientation programs for new staff.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

  • Participate in employee engagement and welfare activities.

  • Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned.
