U.S. Embassy Uganda is now accepting applications for the 2027 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program. This program enhances leadership and ties with the United States by sending influential mid-career government officials and emerging leaders for graduate-level study and professional experiences. Fellows develop leadership and policy expertise through tailored academic coursework and professional affiliations with U.S. organizations.

- Surveillance and Institutional Preparedness
- Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence
- Digital Infrastructure and Telecommunications
- Bio- technology and Health Technologies
- Round-trip economy international travel for the grantee;
- A monthly maintenance allowance and funding for books and professional activities;
- Tuition and university fees;
- Limited accident and sickness insurance for the grantee only.
