The Data Analyst will work closely with the Insights team and operational departments to analyze project data, identify risks, and provide actionable insights. Responsibilities include developing tools for data analysis, creating dashboards from local and global operations, preparing reports and recommendations, and supporting the continuous improvement of processes. The role demands strong analytical skills, logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across multicultural teams.

How to Apply
Analyze and model project data to identify insights, risks, and trends.
Develop tools to support the Insights team in program execution.
Create and maintain interactive data dashboards.
Translate findings into reports and recommendations for local and global teams.
Support operational departments in improving program execution through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Population Studies, Public Health, or related social sciences.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, R, STATA, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience in the public health sector (advantage).
Based in Portugal, South Africa, Uganda, or Nigeria (mandatory).
Competencies:
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
Comfortable working in multicultural, dynamic environments.
